Based on the strength reduction method, laws of slope displacement and changing positions sliding surface during filling process are studied. The model multistage fill is established by finite element software PLAXIS. difference compared between with no reinforcement under same working condition. Sensitivity analysis carried out from two aspects which internal factors external factors. shows that settlement mainly concentrated right side gradually decreases increase height. position outlet located at joint first second grade slope. effect ideal. It obvious can supply a better surface, beneficial to stability sensitivity unit weight, ratio slope, height each negatively correlated safety factor. At time, platform width, cohesion, friction angle positively has greatest influence Besides, width should be controlled about 4 m. provides reference for design
